Tm wagher photoshop se nahi likh sakte :s.. meri handwriting to achi nhi hai :s..

or jo dishes maine pehle yahan share kari thi recipes k baghire kia mai wo doubhara recipes k saath dal sakti hon?
dekho rule sab k lie same ha, and may pehle he mention kar chuki hon k TM or apna user name hona zaroori ha, ab chaho to tum apni hand writing may likho ya chaho to dish ko decorate karte howay us pay ye sab likh do. and old recipes pay agar TM wagira likha howa ha to phir share kar sakti ho, photoshop allowed nai.

agar ap particiate karna chahtay hain to 11 april se pehle pehle apni recipes submit karwa dejiye, ye yaad rakhiyega k TM or apna user name likha hona zaroori ha, adobe ya computer k through editing allowed nai.

alright ye aj sab guest k lie Evening ka starter ha, is k baad new dishes b ayeingi. Aj may ne sham may apni ami k lie ye halwa banaya ha, almost 15-20 mints may ready ho gaya tha, but TM wagira is lie nai likh saki coz aik to may participant nai, 2ndly mughe ami ko jaldi dena tha coz phir unhe tablets deni thein:)

Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 cup Besan
- Mirch Poweder - 1 tblsp
- Safed Zeera - 1 tsp
- Meetha Soda - 1 pinch
- Corn Flour - 1 tblsp
- Salt (on ur taste)
- Lehsan Paste -1 tsp
- Hari Mirch - 3 ya 4 adad (Bareek Kati hui)
- Pyaaz 1 - Bareek kati hui
-Oil

Method:

Besan main sari ingredients dalen.. water add karen besan main n prepare a nice batter.
Oil ko pan main garam karen or us main besan k pakode dalen...
ache fry karen jab golden n thore se crsipy hojaye to nkal den..
phir garma garam pakode chatni ya phir katcheup k saath khayen :D

ok frnds ab main apni pehli recipe share ker rahi hoon jo ke maine aaj sham ke nashte ke liye banai hai bohat hi simple si cheez aaloo ke samose...main aapke sath share ker rahi hoon... :)



ingregients...

aaloo - 200 grams
matar - 50 grams
green chillies - 2 -3
lehsun paste - half tea spoon
adrak kati huwi - half tea spoon
saunf , safed zeera, methi dana , musterd seeds , kalongi,ajwain - ye sab mila ker 1 tea spoon
hara dhaniya kata huwa - 1 tea spoon
garam masala powder - half tea spoon
heeng - 1 pinch
salt - to taste
haldi - 1 tea spoon
maida - 200 gram
refined oil - 2 table spoon maida ghoondhne ke liye
refind oil - 2 cups for fring

method....

pehle aaloo or matar ubal len...phir ek pan me thora sa oil dal ker usme heeng dale.
phir usme sabhi sabut masale jo ke 1 tea spoon hain dal den...phir adrak or kati lehsun dal ker fry karen...phir
uble aaloo mash ker ke dal den phir haldi hari mirch namak dal ker ache se mila den utarte waqt hara dhaniya or ubli matar dal ker mila den.

ab maide me thora sa namak,kalonji, ajwain or refined oil dal ker thore se pani se sakht ghoondh len...phir iske chote chote balls bana ke
inki pooriyan bel len pooriyon ko beech se kat len or inme aaloo wala masala dal ker fold ker ke samose ka shep de den kinaro ko
pani laga ke daba dena hai ke wo khule nahi. phir oil garam ker ke in samoso ko golden brown fry ker len or ketchup ke sath serv karen.

ye meri apni recipe hai...bohat maze ke bante hain samose zaroor try kerna... :)

India me to heeng khano me aksar use kiya jata hai... heeng dalne se kisi bhi recipe ki khushboo or zaiqe me bohat farq parta hai...aap ye samose beghair heeng ke bhi bana ke dekhna or jab dobara heeng dal ke banaogi to ye farq saf pata chalega...
