chaney ka sattu ( bhune huwe chano ka aata ) - 200 grams
Aata ya maida - 400 grams
bareek kati pyaz - 2 -3 medium
bareek kati adrak - 1 chota tukra
bareek kati lehsun - 4-5 jawe
namak - to taste
kalonji - thori si
ajwayen - thori si
lemon juice - 1 lemon
cooking oil - for frying
METHOD -
aate ya maide ko thora sa oil dal ker pani se sakht ghoondh len. ek baratn me sattu dal ker sari cheezen or lemon juice dal ker mila len.
phir aate ya maide ke bare bare gole bana ker ye satoo ki stuffing in golo me bhar ke bare bare gol laddu numa shape bana len.
ab pan me oil garam ker ke in littiyon ko golden brown fry ker len. agar itna oil use nahi kerna chahte hain to inhe oven ya koylo per bhoon len or ghee laga den...ho gai littiyan taiyar.

Ingreedients :-
kacha nariyal - 1/2
sarso ke beej - 1 tea spoon
hari mirch - 2
lemon juice - 1 lemon
salat - to taste
curry patta - 5-6 leaves
bareek kati adrak - 1/2 tea spoon
haldi powder - 1 pinch
oil - 2 tae spoon
Method :-
sarso ke beej ko thore se pani me rat bhar bhigo den. phir nariyal , sarso ke beej or hari mirch ko bareek pees len... ye aap per
depend kerta hai ke aap chutney patli rakhen ya garhi us hisab se pani add ker len. phir isme lemon juice or namak dal ker mila len.
ek pan me 2 tea spoon oil dal ker garam karen phir isme bareek kati adrak curry patta or ek chutki haldi powder dal ke halka sa fry karen.
