My Next Recipe is Fried Keema
here u go step by step
Prep Time: 35-45 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 kg minced meat mutton/beef
3 tbsps cooking oil or butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium-sized onions chopped fine
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsps coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 medium-sized tomatoes chopped fine
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation:
Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan, on medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute. Add the onions now. Fry till they turn a pale golden colour. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for 1 minute. Add the minced meat and all the powdered spices - coriander, cumin, garam masala and salt to taste. Continue to brown the minced meat, stirring often to prevent burning. This should take about 8-10 minutes, add tomatoes, stir and cook till they are soft. Turn the fire off, add the lemon juice and stir.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & green chili and serve with hot tandori chapatis.
Note: To make more tasty u can cook in butter instead of ghee or oil and also can add eggs too.
Keema Bharay Crispy Samosay
Ingredients:
250 garam minced meat mutton/Beef
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp chili powder
6 jawe garlic -crushed
2 tsp grated ginger
1 Onion medium size chopped
filo pastry /samosa patti
1 beated egg
oil for frying and cooking the minced meat
3-4 Green chili chopped
Preparation:
fray the chppoed onion in 1/2 cup oil until it become pale brown add curry powder & chili powder , garlic, ginger and stir them for 2 mint then add minced meat until it cooked. take out any excess of oil and leave the minced meat until it become cold,
now take samaso patti spread on clean place fold one in a diagonal to create a triangle then fold again the other way to make a squre, pour one tbs of minced meat and fold the rest of patti around it . in this way make your all samosa to get ready for fry.
take oil in a deep pan and heat on medium flame, wen oil becomes hot put 3-4 samosa and fry them until become golden brown
serve with ketchup.

- Gaye ki boti - 1 kilo..
- Lal mirch peesi hui - 1 tblsp
- Buhna ot peesa hua safed zeera - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 3 adad
- Oil - adhi piyali
- Dahi - adhi piyali
- Adrak lehsan peesa hua - 1 tblsp
- Kacha Papeeta peesa hua - 2 tblsp (chilke k saath peesah hua)
- Salt - on ur taste
Methood:
Gosht ko dho kar us main dahi, namak, lal mirch, papeeta, adrak lehsan, zeera or lemo ka ras achi tarah laga kar 1 hour k liye rakh den.
Phir sekhoon ya phir tawe k upper phela kar rakh len, Jab pani khushk hone lage to 1 koyela jala kar gosht k upper rakh kar oil dalen or cover karden.
10 minutes main mazey dar boti kabab tayyar..
