My Next Recipe is Fried Keema

here u go step by step



Prep Time: 35-45 minutes


Ingredients:

1/2 kg minced meat mutton/beef
3 tbsps cooking oil or butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium-sized onions chopped fine
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsps coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 medium-sized tomatoes chopped fine
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


Preparation:

Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan, on medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and fry for 1 minute. Add the onions now. Fry till they turn a pale golden colour. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for 1 minute. Add the minced meat and all the powdered spices - coriander, cumin, garam masala and salt to taste. Continue to brown the minced meat, stirring often to prevent burning. This should take about 8-10 minutes, add tomatoes, stir and cook till they are soft. Turn the fire off, add the lemon juice and stir.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & green chili and serve with hot tandori chapatis.



Note: To make more tasty u can cook in butter instead of ghee or oil and also can add eggs too.

Keema Bharay Crispy Samosay


Ingredients:

250 garam minced meat mutton/Beef
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp chili powder
6 jawe garlic -crushed
2 tsp grated ginger
1 Onion medium size chopped
filo pastry /samosa patti
1 beated egg
oil for frying and cooking the minced meat
3-4 Green chili chopped

Preparation:

fray the chppoed onion in 1/2 cup oil until it become pale brown add curry powder & chili powder , garlic, ginger and stir them for 2 mint then add minced meat until it cooked. take out any excess of oil and leave the minced meat until it become cold,

now take samaso patti spread on clean place fold one in a diagonal to create a triangle then fold again the other way to make a squre, pour one tbs of minced meat and fold the rest of patti around it . in this way make your all samosa to get ready for fry.

take oil in a deep pan and heat on medium flame, wen oil becomes hot put 3-4 samosa and fry them until become golden brown

serve with ketchup.

- Gaye ki boti - 1 kilo..
- Lal mirch peesi hui - 1 tblsp
- Buhna ot peesa hua safed zeera - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 3 adad
- Oil - adhi piyali
- Dahi - adhi piyali
- Adrak lehsan peesa hua - 1 tblsp
- Kacha Papeeta peesa hua - 2 tblsp (chilke k saath peesah hua)
- Salt - on ur taste

Methood:
Gosht ko dho kar us main dahi, namak, lal mirch, papeeta, adrak lehsan, zeera or lemo ka ras achi tarah laga kar 1 hour k liye rakh den.
Phir sekhoon ya phir tawe k upper phela kar rakh len, Jab pani khushk hone lage to 1 koyela jala kar gosht k upper rakh kar oil dalen or cover karden.
10 minutes main mazey dar boti kabab tayyar..

or j-se ap ki marzi usko khalen :p

Are nahi pari ye sab to bus roz ki cheezen hain jo sham ki chaye ke sath banaya wo yaha share ker dia...ghosht lunch me banaya to wo yaha share ker diya...shahi dawat ke lihaz se to maine koi taiyari hi nahi ki hai...na hi meri koi recipe aisi hai jo dawat ka hissa ban sake...main to bus aap logo ke sath apne bihar ki choti choti recipies share ker rahi hoon... :)

JHAL MOORHI

Ingreedients :-

Murmure - 100 grams
Roasted Chiwra - 100 grams
Rqasted chana - 50 grams
Roasted makka ke dane - 50 grams
Roasted moongphali - 50 grams
Sev - 50 grams
sprauted moong - 2 tea spoon
Sprauted chana - 2 tea spoon
bareek kati pyaz - 1 medium size
bareek kata adrak - 1 tea spoon
bareek kati hari mirch - 2 -3 ya jitni marzi
bareek kata hara dhaniya - 2 tea spoon
lemon juice - 2-3 tea spoon
salt - to taste
musterd oil - 1 tea spoon

Method :-

bohat simple hai just sari cheezon ko mix ker len or lemon juice dal ker mila len or khayen... :)

Amreen tell me ap ki recipe as a snack serve ki jati ha or lunch/ dinner k time b serve ki jati ha? and is k sath ki combination dishes kon konse hain?
samose , jhal moorhi to chaye ke sath serve ki jane wali recipies hain...ghosht to lunch or dinner jab chahe kha sakte hain with roti paratha chawal jo bhi chahe....or jaha tak litti ki bat hai wo to khud apne aap me ek poora khana hai 2 litties kha len to bhook mit jati hai lunch ya dinner ki zaroorat hi baqi nahi rehti... :)
