GHUGHNI CHIWRA

Ingreedients for GHUGHNI :-

Kale chane - 200 grams
bareek kati pyaz - 150 grams
adrak lehsun paste - 2 tea spoon
dhania powder - 2 tea spoon
bhuna safed zeera powder - 1 tae spoon
bhuni kali mirch powder- 1/2 tea spoon
lal mirch powder - 1 tea spoon
haldi powder - 1 tea spoon
salt - to taste
cooking oil - 3 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1 lemon

For garnishing -
bareek kati pyaz - 2 tea spoon
bareek kati hara dhania - thora sa
bareek kati hari mirch - 2-3

Method :-

kale chano ko rat bhar pani me bhigo den.phir subah saf pani se dho ker rakh len.
presure cooker me oil garam karen.usme pyaz dal ker golden brown karen.phir usme
adrak lehsun paste dal ker thora sa bhoone phir dhaniya powder lal mirch powder, bhune safed zeere ka powder or
bhuni kali mirch powder or haldi powder dal ker thora sa bhoon len.ab isme chane or namak dal ker ache se mix
karen or 4 -5 minutes bhoone.ab isme andaze se itna pani dalen ke jab tak chane gale pani bhi khushk ho jaye.
phir cooker ka dhakkan laga ker 1 seeti aane tak tez aanch per pakayen.1 seeti aane per aanch kam ker den.phir jab
kam aanch per hi 2 - 3 seetiyan aa jayen to aanch band ker den. phir cooker khol ker dekhen agar lage ke thora sa pani bacha
huwa hai to aanch tez ker ke chammach se chalati rahe jab tak pani khushk ho jaye.ghughni taiyar ho gai. ise kati pyaz kata hara
dhania or kati hari mirch se saja len.

kati hari mirch - 2
ghee - 2 table spoon
salt - to taste

METHOD :-

ek pan me ghee garam karen.isme kati pyaz, kati hari mirch dal ker golden brown karen.
phir isme chiwra dal ker namak dalen or chammach se lagatar chalate huwe bhoonen.chamcha lagatar chalati rahen
warna neeche se chiwra jalne lagega.jab bhunte bhunte chiwra halka brown ho jaye to gas band ker
den.chiwra taiyar ho gaya.

ab is chiwre ko ghughni ke sath khayen...taiyar ho gaya bihar ka special breakfast . :)

sisooooooooooooooo it seems same like bangaldeshi break fast dist tooo
han aapne zaroor try ki hogi...simple si recipies hoti hain meri bus jo ghar me banaya share kiya dawat ke layeq to koi recipe share hi nahi ki maine... :(
bengalies or biharies me bohat si cheezen common hoti hain to khan pan bhi milta julta hota hai ... )

amreen tumhari normal recipes itni change hain to phir dawat ki recipes kaisi hongi:)
excellent recipes, and kindly koi dawat ki b recipe share karo takay idea ho sakay k bihaari dawat may kaisi dishes banai jati hain:)
