MOONG DAL KI KACHORIYAN
Ingreedients :-
Maida - 200 grams
Ghee - 3 table spoon
Moong dal - 50 grams
crushed sabut daniya - 1 tea spoon
safed zeera - 1/2 tea spoon
saunph - 1/2 tea spoon
Lal mirch powder - 1 tea spoon
Haldi powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Heeng - 1 pinch
Amchoor powder - 1 tea spoon
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 2 cups for fring
Method :-
Moong dal ko ubal len . ek pan me thora sa ghee garam karen.phir isme heeng , sabut crushed dhaniya,safed zeera or saunph dalen halka sa bhoon len
phir moong dal dal ker ache se milayen.ab isme lalmirch,haldi,Amchoor,garam masala powder or namak dal ker ache se bhoone ke sab masale dal me mix ho jayen or mixture halke brown colour ka ho jaye. phir ise utar ker thanda ker len.
ek bowl me maide me 3 table spoon ghee or thore se pani ke sath maide ko sakht ghoondh len.phir iske gole bana ker hath se ghadha ker ke moong dal ka mixture bharen or golon ko band ker den.ise belan se belna nahi hai balke hath se hi thapak thapak ke thora sa phaila len.
Ek pan me ghee garam ker ke in kachoriyon ko golden brown fry karen or apni man pasamd chutney ya ketchup ke sath garam garam serve karen.
