GUJHIYAN



Ingreedients :-

Maida - 3000 grams
Sooji - 100 grams
grated coconut - 100 grams
sugar - 150 grams
Ilaychi - 2
Long - 4
bareek kata kaju - 2 tea spoon
kishmish - 1 tea spoon
Badam bareek kati - 2 tea spoon
Ghee - for fring
ghee - 3 table spoon
milk - maida ghoondhne ke liye

Method :-

ek pan me 3 table spoon ghee garam karen isme long or ilaychi dal ke karkarayen phir isme sooji dal ker halka gulabi hone tak bhoon len.ab isme sabhi dry fruits or sugar dal ker mila len or thanda ker len.

Maide me thora sa ghee dal ke mila len or phir doodh se ise thora sakht ghoondh len.phir maide ke chote chote balls bana ke in balls ki pooriyan bel len or pooriyon ke beech me 2 tea spoon sooji wala mixture dal ker pooriyon ko aadha ker ke mor len kinare pani se chipka len or us tarah se desighn bana len jese maine banaya hai.or phir ek pan me ghee garam ker ke in ghujiyon ko halka gulabi fry ker len. ho gai gujhiyan taiyar... :)

kinare ka design maine khud banaya hai to utni safai se nahi bana warna agar ammi se banwati to wo itni khoobsoorti se banati hain ke kya kehne per is contest me khud se banana tha to aise hi bana saki main... :( ... ab koi mere design ka mazaq mat uraiyega ... :(

nili she is right,kehwra to hum biryani or qormay ya sweet dish may use kartay hay some drops end may.....

han sahi kaha aapne ye bohat tasty lagte hain....maine ye style me bana ke dikhaye hain shayed aapke yaha aise design me na banaye jate ho ...
hmm ya main samosay ki patti may material daal k fry karti hoon:)
khair may is tarhaan b koshish karongi, I hope asi shape bana sakoon:)

just make a round tikki then put all the meterial and cove ith by half aur aur thumb aur sath wali ungli say usay morti jao shape bun jaye gi aur sath sath is k munh be bund ho jaye ga

oye hoye waqar bhai ab main kya kahoon ye to bad ki bat hai ... han aap ke liye maine ye recipes to bata hi di hain aap bana ke wife ko khilaiye or unse daad wasool kijiye ... :)

shape to bana hi lengi...koi mushkil nahi hai mushkil to kinaro ki design banana hai bohat safai ki zaroorat hoti hai achi to mujhse bhi nahi bani hai bus kamchalaoo hi hai...meri ammi bohat ache banati hain main bohat koshish kerti hoon wese banane ki per nahi bante hain... :(

Masha Allah sajid bhai...aapka to jawab nahi her cheez pata hoti hai aapko...hamari bhabi ki to mauj hi ho gai wo to bus aapke hath se niwale khaya kerti hongi...apna kitchen aapke hawale ker ke ... ;)

Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Coffee - 4 Tbsp
- Water - 2 Tbsp
-Milk - Half leter
- Vanilla Ice cream - 4 scoops
- Sugar - on taste
- Ice cubes - 8-9

Method:
sab se pehle 2 tbsp garam pani main coffee mix karen phir blender main dal kar blend kare
phir milk, sugar and cubes bhi shamil karlen blender main
phir 1 glass main ice cream dal kar blend ki hui cold coffee dal den..

(agar upper app whip cream n thora sa coco powder dalenge to or maze ki lagegi)...

Chicken Biryani





Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 kilo
- Aloo - barey size k 4 (halke se bhaab de kar cheel len barey tokron main kaat len)
- Tomatoes - 6 adad (chaar tokre kar len)
- Chawal basmati - 1 kilo 15 min k liye bhegoden
- Lemo - 4 adad
- Dahi - 1 piyali
- Adrak lehsan ka paste - 1/2 half tbsp
- Podena - 1 gathi bareek kata hua
- long - 4 adad
- Siyah Zeera - 1tsp
- dhaniya pesa hua - 2 tbsp
- Zarde ka rang - 1 chotaye tsp
- Piyaaz - 4 bareek kati hui
- Sokhe alo bukhare - 1 piyali (garam pani maine bhego den)
- Namak - on taste
- Hari mirch - 6
- Choti elainchi - 6
- Kali mirch sabut - 6
- Lal mirch peesi hui - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 piyali

Method:
sab se pehle chicken ko achi tarah dho kar dahi, adrak lehsan, mirch. dhaniya, 2 lemo, podina. hari mirch, alo bukhare, or namak mila kar adhe ghante k liye rakh den. 1 pan main tel dal kar piyaaz ko golden brown karlen. Jab golden brown hojaye to adhi nikal ler akhbar per phela den, or adhi main masala lagi chicken dal kar halki aanch maine pakne den. jab pani khushk hojaye to bhon kar utaar lain. Pani bilkol na dalen. Alo halki se bhaab de kar char char tokrey kar k deep fry kar len. Temator k bhi tokrey kar ke halka sa fry karlen. Tale aloo or temator chicken k upper dal den. chawal alag ubal len. ubalte waqt podina, hari mirch, choti elaichi, kali mirch, namak or long dal kar ubal len. jab do kani ubal jaye to pani nithar len. Abh pan main zara si chiknaye laga kar adhe chawal ki tey laga den phir chicken ki tey lag den phir baqi chawal ki tey or tali hui pyaaz dalen ...garam doodh main chutki bhar zarde ka rang mila kar dalen.. do lemo ka ras dalen pehle tez aanch main tawe k upper dum rakh den. 10 mint baad aanch halki karden jab bhaab upper ajaye to biryani tayyar.
