Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Chicken - 1 kilo
- Aloo - barey size k 4 (halke se bhaab de kar cheel len barey tokron main kaat len)
- Tomatoes - 6 adad (chaar tokre kar len)
- Chawal basmati - 1 kilo 15 min k liye bhegoden
- Lemo - 4 adad
- Dahi - 1 piyali
- Adrak lehsan ka paste - 1/2 half tbsp
- Podena - 1 gathi bareek kata hua
- long - 4 adad
- Siyah Zeera - 1tsp
- dhaniya pesa hua - 2 tbsp
- Zarde ka rang - 1 chotaye tsp
- Piyaaz - 4 bareek kati hui
- Sokhe alo bukhare - 1 piyali (garam pani maine bhego den)
- Namak - on taste
- Hari mirch - 6
- Choti elainchi - 6
- Kali mirch sabut - 6
- Lal mirch peesi hui - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 piyali
Method:
sab se pehle chicken ko achi tarah dho kar dahi, adrak lehsan, mirch. dhaniya, 2 lemo, podina. hari mirch, alo bukhare, or namak mila kar adhe ghante k liye rakh den. 1 pan main tel dal kar piyaaz ko golden brown karlen. Jab golden brown hojaye to adhi nikal ler akhbar per phela den, or adhi main masala lagi chicken dal kar halki aanch maine pakne den. jab pani khushk hojaye to bhon kar utaar lain. Pani bilkol na dalen. Alo halki se bhaab de kar char char tokrey kar k deep fry kar len. Temator k bhi tokrey kar ke halka sa fry karlen. Tale aloo or temator chicken k upper dal den. chawal alag ubal len. ubalte waqt podina, hari mirch, choti elaichi, kali mirch, namak or long dal kar ubal len. jab do kani ubal jaye to pani nithar len. Abh pan main zara si chiknaye laga kar adhe chawal ki tey laga den phir chicken ki tey lag den phir baqi chawal ki tey or tali hui pyaaz dalen ...garam doodh main chutki bhar zarde ka rang mila kar dalen.. do lemo ka ras dalen pehle tez aanch main tawe k upper dum rakh den. 10 mint baad aanch halki karden jab bhaab upper ajaye to biryani tayyar.

Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice
Recipe is too simple and easy to make just need your concentration, how to use it correctly
Serving Capacity: 4-6 Persons
Approx. Time : 25-30 Mints
Ingredients:
1 kg Kernal basmati Rice
1/2 cup of Green Peas
1/2 cup Cabbage
2 Carrot medium soze finely chopped in square shape
2 Medium size Aaloo finely chopped in square shape
1/2 Beans (optional)
1 Green Onion chopped finely (spring Onion)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion paste
Nuts & cashew (optional) as required
Big Black Pepper 2 pcs
1 tsp zeera
2-3 pcs of Daar chini
1sp Garam Masla
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash rice and leave them for soak, then take bowl add 1 tsp cooking oil add onion paste & garlic and cook it until become brown add water for 4 cup of rice add 6 cup of water and allow it until it the steam comes out then add rice and leave it for 3- 4 mints and low the heat meanwhile take frying pan pour it with 2 tbs of cooking and allow it for heat then add all vegetables and other spices until they become light brown , blow the heat and add all theses fried vegetables into the rice pot and once mix them and then low the heat and cover it and leave for next 10-15 mints, wen heat comes out of the cover then take out from the stove and allow it to become a little bit cool then remove the cover ur fried rice is ready
Note: u can also use chicken cubes to make it more tasty
