Friends, here u go with my new recipe which I tried yesterday at dinner tym

Hope all of u like and pass your fruitful comments


Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice




Recipe is too simple and easy to make just need your concentration, how to use it correctly

Serving Capacity: 4-6 Persons
Approx. Time : 25-30 Mints

Ingredients:

1 kg Kernal basmati Rice
1/2 cup of Green Peas
1/2 cup Cabbage
2 Carrot medium soze finely chopped in square shape
2 Medium size Aaloo finely chopped in square shape
1/2 Beans (optional)
1 Green Onion chopped finely (spring Onion)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion paste
Nuts & cashew (optional) as required
Big Black Pepper 2 pcs
1 tsp zeera
2-3 pcs of Daar chini
1sp Garam Masla
Salt to taste


Method:

Wash rice and leave them for soak, then take bowl add 1 tsp cooking oil add onion paste & garlic and cook it until become brown add water for 4 cup of rice add 6 cup of water and allow it until it the steam comes out then add rice and leave it for 3- 4 mints and low the heat meanwhile take frying pan pour it with 2 tbs of cooking and allow it for heat then add all vegetables and other spices until they become light brown , blow the heat and add all theses fried vegetables into the rice pot and once mix them and then low the heat and cover it and leave for next 10-15 mints, wen heat comes out of the cover then take out from the stove and allow it to become a little bit cool then remove the cover ur fried rice is ready



Note: u can also use chicken cubes to make it more tasty

ok frnds ab main Bihar ki most famous recipe Litti or chutney share ker rahi hoon...iske sath to baingan or tamatar ka chokha (hamare yaha bhurtey ko chokha kehte hain ) rehta hai per aajkal yaha baingan out of stock hain market me to maine nariyal or sarso ki chutney se kam chala liya hai... :)



LITTI

ingreedients :-

chaney ka sattu ( bhune huwe chano ka aata ) - 200 grams
Aata ya maida - 400 grams
bareek kati pyaz - 2 -3 medium
bareek kati adrak - 1 chota tukra
bareek kati lehsun - 4-5 jawe
namak - to taste
kalonji - thori si
ajwayen - thori si
lemon juice - 1 lemon
cooking oil - for frying

METHOD -

aate ya maide ko thora sa oil dal ker pani se sakht ghoondh len. ek baratn me sattu dal ker sari cheezen or lemon juice dal ker mila len.
phir aate ya maide ke bare bare gole bana ker ye satoo ki stuffing in golo me bhar ke bare bare gol laddu numa shape bana len.
ab pan me oil garam ker ke in littiyon ko golden brown fry ker len. agar itna oil use nahi kerna chahte hain to inhe oven ya koylo per bhoon len or ghee laga den...ho gai littiyan taiyar.

Nariyal Or Sarso ki Chutney

Ingreedients :-
kacha nariyal - 1/2
sarso ke beej - 1 tea spoon
hari mirch - 2
lemon juice - 1 lemon
salat - to taste
curry patta - 5-6 leaves
bareek kati adrak - 1/2 tea spoon
haldi powder - 1 pinch
oil - 2 tae spoon

Method :-

sarso ke beej ko thore se pani me rat bhar bhigo den. phir nariyal , sarso ke beej or hari mirch ko bareek pees len... ye aap per
depend kerta hai ke aap chutney patli rakhen ya garhi us hisab se pani add ker len. phir isme lemon juice or namak dal ker mila len.
ek pan me 2 tea spoon oil dal ker garam karen phir isme bareek kati adrak curry patta or ek chutki haldi powder dal ke halka sa fry karen.
or chutney ke ooper tarka laga den. ho gai chutney taiyar ab ise littiyon ke sath serve karen.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Gaye ki boti - 1 kilo..
- Lal mirch peesi hui - 1 tblsp
- Buhna ot peesa hua safed zeera - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 3 adad
- Oil - adhi piyali
- Dahi - adhi piyali
- Adrak lehsan peesa hua - 1 tblsp
- Kacha Papeeta peesa hua - 2 tblsp (chilke k saath peesah hua)
- Salt - on ur taste

Methood:
Gosht ko dho kar us main dahi, namak, lal mirch, papeeta, adrak lehsan, zeera or lemo ka ras achi tarah laga kar 1 hour k liye rakh den.
Phir sekhoon ya phir tawe k upper phela kar rakh len, Jab pani khushk hone lage to 1 koyela jala kar gosht k upper rakh kar oil dalen or cover karden.
10 minutes main mazey dar boti kabab tayyar..

or j-se ap ki marzi usko khalen :p

ahan pari sisss...........ye dhang ka alg raha hai zara...

JHAL MOORHI

Ingreedients :-

Murmure - 100 grams
Roasted Chiwra - 100 grams
Rqasted chana - 50 grams
Roasted makka ke dane - 50 grams
Roasted moongphali - 50 grams
Sev - 50 grams
sprauted moong - 2 tea spoon
Sprauted chana - 2 tea spoon
bareek kati pyaz - 1 medium size
bareek kata adrak - 1 tea spoon
bareek kati hari mirch - 2 -3 ya jitni marzi
bareek kata hara dhaniya - 2 tea spoon
lemon juice - 2-3 tea spoon
salt - to taste
musterd oil - 1 tea spoon

Method :-

bohat simple hai just sari cheezon ko mix ker len or lemon juice dal ker mila len or khayen... :)
wowowowo amreen siss.....tum to waqei chaa gayi........
mei bhi share karti par mei chaana nhi chahti...

Assalam o Alaikum

App ka apna Hans_Mukh, hazer hay with new dish with his own recipe which i tried last night

Spicy & Tasty Mutton Karahi




Preparation Time: 15 Mints
Cooking Time : 30-35 Mints
Serving Capacity : 6 Persons

Ingredients:


1 kg Mutton (bone wala preferred chanp (ribs) Neck.
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp of Red chili
5-6 Green Chili shopped into small pieces
1 tsp black pepper (freshly crushed)
3-4 Tomato medium size
1/2 tsp coriander Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Cooking oil
50 gram Butter

for garnishing use 3-4 gram ginger lamaba lamba kata howa and 1/2 ghutti of hara dhaniya finely chopped.



How to Cook:

Wash & clean the meat under clean water and leave it for 2-3 mints until become dry, now take pan add meat including ginger & garlic and fry on medium heat until any water become dries up.

Then add 3 glasses of water mix it and cover the karahai or pan and leave it for cooking until meat is tenderized.

once meat tenderized and looks cooked add the following oil, salt black pepper red chili powder be careful if u find any water inside increase the flame to dry the water then add green chili and tomato & butter too, and stir it from bottom to top, low the flame and cook it for the next 5-10 mints, wen u find tomato become soft stir until all the water become dry.

Put off the stove and garnish with ginger and hara dhaniya, serve with nan or chahapti





Note: Try it at your home hope u will find to tasty

GHUGHNI CHIWRA

Ingreedients for GHUGHNI :-

Kale chane - 200 grams
bareek kati pyaz - 150 grams
adrak lehsun paste - 2 tea spoon
dhania powder - 2 tea spoon
bhuna safed zeera powder - 1 tae spoon
bhuni kali mirch powder- 1/2 tea spoon
lal mirch powder - 1 tea spoon
haldi powder - 1 tea spoon
salt - to taste
cooking oil - 3 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1 lemon

For garnishing -
bareek kati pyaz - 2 tea spoon
bareek kati hara dhania - thora sa
bareek kati hari mirch - 2-3

Method :-

presure cooker me oil garam karen.usme pyaz dal ker golden brown karen.phir usme
adrak lehsun paste dal ker thora sa bhoone phir dhaniya powder lal mirch powder, bhune safed zeere ka powder or
bhuni kali mirch powder or haldi powder dal ker thora sa bhoon len.ab isme chane or namak dal ker ache se mix
karen or 4 -5 minutes bhoone.ab isme andaze se itna pani dalen ke jab tak chane gale pani bhi khushk ho jaye.
phir cooker ka dhakkan laga ker 1 seeti aane tak tez aanch per pakayen.1 seeti aane per aanch kam ker den.phir jab
kam aanch per hi 2 - 3 seetiyan aa jayen to aanch band ker den. phir cooker khol ker dekhen agar lage ke thora sa pani bacha
huwa hai to aanch tez ker ke chammach se chalati rahe jab tak pani khushk ho jaye.ghughni taiyar ho gai. ise kati pyaz kata hara
dhania or kati hari mirch se saja len.

Ingreedients for CHIWRA :-

Chiwra - 200 grams
kati pyaz - 1 small
kati hari mirch - 2
ghee - 2 table spoon
salt - to taste

METHOD :-

ek pan me ghee garam karen.isme kati pyaz, kati hari mirch dal ker golden brown karen.
phir isme chiwra dal ker namak dalen or chammach se lagatar chalate huwe bhoonen.chamcha lagatar chalati rahen
warna neeche se chiwra jalne lagega.jab bhunte bhunte chiwra halka brown ho jaye to gas band ker
den.chiwra taiyar ho gaya.

ab is chiwre ko ghughni ke sath khayen lemon juice dal ker...taiyar ho gaya bihar ka special breakfast . :)
Aary waahhhh saare mazedaar dishes cahtpatay siss....

MOONG DAL KI KACHORIYAN



Ingreedients :-

Maida - 200 grams
Ghee - 3 table spoon
Moong dal - 50 grams
crushed sabut daniya - 1 tea spoon
safed zeera - 1/2 tea spoon
saunph - 1/2 tea spoon
Lal mirch powder - 1 tea spoon
Haldi powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Heeng - 1 pinch
Amchoor powder - 1 tea spoon
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 2 cups for fring

Method :-

Moong dal ko ubal len . ek pan me thora sa ghee garam karen.phir isme heeng , sabut crushed dhaniya,safed zeera or saunph dalen halka sa bhoon len
phir moong dal dal ker ache se milayen.ab isme lalmirch,haldi,Amchoor,garam masala powder or namak dal ker ache se bhoone ke sab masale dal me mix ho jayen or mixture halke brown colour ka ho jaye. phir ise utar ker thanda ker len.

ek bowl me maide me 3 table spoon ghee or thore se pani ke sath maide ko sakht ghoondh len.phir iske gole bana ker hath se ghadha ker ke moong dal ka mixture bharen or golon ko band ker den.ise belan se belna nahi hai balke hath se hi thapak thapak ke thora sa phaila len.

Ek pan me ghee garam ker ke in kachoriyon ko golden brown fry karen or apni man pasamd chutney ya ketchup ke sath garam garam serve karen.
Ho gai Moong Dal Ki Kachoriyan taiyar... :)
hmmm...yes kachori ki to baat hi alag hai.................nice amreen...

Ingreedients :-

Maida - 3000 grams
Sooji - 100 grams
grated coconut - 100 grams
sugar - 150 grams
Ilaychi - 2
Long - 4
bareek kata kaju - 2 tea spoon
kishmish - 1 tea spoon
Badam bareek kati - 2 tea spoon
Ghee - for fring
ghee - 3 table spoon
milk - maida ghoondhne ke liye

Method :-

ek pan me 3 table spoon ghee garam karen isme long or ilaychi dal ke karkarayen phir isme sooji dal ker halka gulabi hone tak bhoon len.ab isme sabhi dry fruits or sugar dal ker mila len or thanda ker len.

Maide me thora sa ghee dal ke mila len or phir doodh se ise thora sakht ghoondh len.phir maide ke chote chote balls bana ke in balls ki pooriyan bel len or pooriyon ke beech me 2 tea spoon sooji wala mixture dal ker pooriyon ko aadha ker ke mor len kinare pani se chipka len or us tarah se desighn bana len jese maine banaya hai.or phir ek pan me ghee garam ker ke in ghujiyon ko halka gulabi fry ker len. ho gai gujhiyan taiyar... :)

kinare ka design maine khud banaya hai to utni safai se nahi bana warna agar ammi se banwati to wo itni khoobsoorti se banati hain ke kya kehne per is contest me khud se banana tha to aise hi bana saki main... :( ... ab koi mere design ka mazaq mat uraiyega ... :(
Ye to pooriyan kahlaati hain naa....
haan bahut easy aur mazedaar hoti hain............

Cold Coffee



Recipe:

Ingredients:
- Coffee - 4 Tbsp
- Water - 2 Tbsp
-Milk - Half leter
- Vanilla Ice cream - 4 scoops
- Sugar - on taste
- Ice cubes - 8-9

Method:
sab se pehle 2 tbsp garam pani main coffee mix karen phir blender main dal kar blend kare
phir milk, sugar and cubes bhi shamil karlen blender main
phir 1 glass main ice cream dal kar blend ki hui cold coffee dal den..

(agar upper app whip cream n thora sa coco powder dalenge to or maze ki lagegi)...

Ingreedients :-

Moong dal ki bariyan :- 200 gram
Pisi huwi pyaz :- 4 medium size
Lehsun paste :- 2 tea spoon
Dhaniya powder :- 2 tea spoon
Lal mirch powder :- 2 tea spoon
Haldi powder :- 1 tea spoon
Safed zeera powder :- 1 tea spoon
Kali mirch powder :- 1/2 tea spoon
phenti huwi dahi :- 1/2 cup
Salt :- to taste
Sabut safed zeera :- 1 tea spoon
Musterd Oil :- 1/2 cup
Water :- as required

For Tarka :-
Kati pyaz :-1 medium size
Oil :- 3 table spoon

Method :-

ek pan me thora sa oil garam ker ke isme bariyan dalen or halka sa bhoon len.phir bariyan nikal ke alag rakh den. phir usi pan me baqi oil garam karen or zeera dalen phir isme sare masale or namak dal ker thora sa pani dal ker ache se bhoone. jab masala oil chorne lage to isme dahi dal ker phir se bhoone.jab ache se sare masale bhun jayen to isme bariyan dal ker mix karen or pani dal ker tez aanch per 1 ubal aane den.jab ubal aa jaye to aanch kam ker den or bariyon ko galne tak dheemi aanch me pakayen. jab bariyan gal jayen to utar len.

ab ek pan me 3 table spoon oil garam karen or isme kati pyaz dal ker golden brown karen or ise taiyar bariyon per baghar laga den.
ho gaya Moong dal ki bariyon ka salan taiyar.ise boiled rice ke sath serve karen.
wwowowo....siss...ye toh humare yahan bhi banta hai..aur bahut lazeez bhi.........

prepared by carrot (gajar) and milk especially use in
winter in Pakistan in Punjab province

ha ji tu jis dis ki ma baat ker raha hoo

koe anokhi dish nahi

its just a simple dish

which will not consume your much tym but tooo tasty


Gajar Ka Halwa




Ingredients:

1 kilo Carrot (Gajar)
Dry Fruits like roughly chopped almonds, pista, cashew nuts almost 1/2 cup
Choti Elachi 5-8
Sugar to taste
Skimmed Milk 1/2 liter
Ghee/ butter 4 tbs
Khoya 1/2 kg

Cooking Method:

Before doing any thing kindly wash the carrots properly then peel of finely then grate them. (kaddo kash ker lay)

Take a pan or better use karahi (open bowl with side handle) put on gas and heat it then add ghee/butter and when the butter starts melting add grated carrots.

Contentiously mix them up and down until the whole carrot become shiny and keep frying and when u see the steam stops then add sugar and skimmed milk in the half cooked carrots, Add also dry fruits 1/2 of the 1/2 cup and keep the rest for garnishing and cook them until carrots and milk become one mean until it become dry. put off the stove now and allow it to become little bit dry

Now your lovely and tasty gajar k halwa is ready but before serving dont forget to garnish it with nuts and khoya,




Note: App lo is k color pay na jaye k yeh red q nahi q k yaha gajaar yellowish red milti hay not red like avail in Pak. aur mujhey khoya avail nahi howa is liye ma nay sirf skimmed milk use kiya hay
