maine tikke banaye the leken recipe nahe hai maire pass and yahan tu 2 dishes share karne hai maire pass ek hi hai wo bhe 50% yai girls ki sharing kahan hain dresses tu sb nae share kiye and cooking mai koi age hi nahe aya{(angry)}

i know its easy

main jo share karne ja rahi ho vo bi main ne first time banay hai:)
main contest ki liye bana rahi ho apne tareki si;)
hope ki aap sab like karengi akhir main ne etni mehnat jo ke hai
but realy bohot testy ta ziyada kaya nahe main ne kuo ki mere liye bacha hi nahe:p
abbu or bhai ko etna acha laga ki sab on logo ne hi kha liya:D
first INGREDENTS
Gosht 1 k
Zeera-3 chammach
Dhanya-4 chammak
Green mirch hasbi zarorat
Garlic-6 pace
Namak hasbi zarorat
Oil-1 chammak vo be oski opr dalne ki liye:)

PREPARATION
Pehle gosht ko dhoni ki baad ek plate mein alag raki
dosri plate mein zeera.dhanya.mirch.garlic.or namak dal ki
oni meks kejye
pir gosht ko pehle wale plate si lekar
dosri plate mein dal de
or oni khob meks kejye
then
5 minutes ki liye osi wahi raki
hamara barbe kuo tandori hai es liye aap
tandor ko on karki osi garam hony ki liye chor di
garam hony ki baad gosht ko ahesta si tandor ki opr raky
pir tora wait kejye ki pak jay ek face agr pak gay to
pir dosra face pak ne ki liye chordi
har 2 minutes mein check kejye kahi jal na jay
after 10 minutes Barbe kuo tayar:)

Ingredians:
1 kg - Mutton
1 cup - Yogurt
1 cup - Oil
3 - chopped onions
5 - Squeezed Tomatoes
5 to 6 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp salan masala
Salt


Method:
Pahlay mutton ko ache se wash kerna hain and then pressure cooker mei usay thora puk jaane de pressure cooker k baghair cooking pot mei bhi paka sakte hain but lack of time k wajah se pressure cooker is better.
so low flame mei mutton ko boiled hone de jub tuk puk jaye no need to add water or something else.
pir cooking pot mei oil garam ker k chopped onions ko fry kare jub thora sa fry hujae then garlic and ginger paste ya powder add kare and mixed them well, untill chopped onions become brownish pir uske baad aapko boiled mutton add kerni hain then usay ache se fry kare jub tuk k uska jho water hain voh bhi reduce hujae, jub motton bhi fry hue add yogurt and pot k lid ko rakhe yogurt ko mutton k saath absorb hune de for 10 mins pir uske baad aap tomato add kare with salt,red chilli powder and salan masala pir us subko ache se mix kare and unhe 10 to 15 mins pukne de but saath sath mei aap pot spoon k saath mutton ko mix kerte rahe ta k sab ache se haal hujae then aapka mutton karahi ready hain..
serve kare ek bowl ya plate mei but I served in bowl and pir green chilli and coriander leaves k saath aap usay garnish kersakte hain but I garnished with green chilli and garlic pieces pir naan ya roti k saath serve kare.

mashaAllah teacher mutton karai dekhne me to maze ki lag rahi hai.
inshaAllah main bhi try karunga.
waise mujhe tomorrow or after tomorrow mutton biryani banana hai agar acchi bani dikhaane k qaabil to main bhi share karunga inshaAllah.
