through picasa software u can easily resize the image like abhi apki images kafi bary size ki hain jo out of page ja rahe hain inhe ko agr ap resize kar lo gi i mean in ki height and width kam kar do gi to ye size main choti ho jaye gi and it will give a better view.
for showing the difference i just resize ur uploaded image. hope u will not mind
yeah that's the thing what i were telling to u in VM. try to resize ur uploaded image it will take ur 2 or 3 mintues.looking much better now RV
