Aalo kay Samosay
Ingredients:


5-6 Boiled potato with skin
Salt 1.1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Qasoori methi 2.1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 2tsp
fresh mint, coriander, green chillies

Add salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds(whole), coriander seeds(whole), qasoori methi, mint leaves half cup, fresh coriander half cup, green chillies 5-6, then mash it with masher.

Samosa Dough

1/2 Kg maida
1/2 cup oil
1tsp zeera
1/2 tsp salt
Kneed the dough a little soft using water and let stand for 3-4 hours.
Roll a thin roti, fill with the potato filling, shape it as traditional samosa and deep fry.

Note: You can use the same dough for making NAMAK PARAY, you just have to roll roti very very thin.
