AFGHANI KARHAIEE
ING:
chicken 250 gms
2 tbsp vineger
2 pinchzarday ka rang
salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
2tsp black pepper
2-3 green chillies
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 pices of ginger (julien cut)
lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp
coriender as per need(optional)
METHOD :
-Marinate chicken with veniger+ ginger garlic paste+ zarday ka rang and salt for 2 hrs (for better resul whole night)
-take a pan put 1/2 cup oil and add marinated chicken in it + fry untill chicken half cooked
-now add black peper and some green chillies
-After water dried add julien cut ginger and lemon juice
-garnish with fresh coriender
