ISLAMABAD: The Attorney General of Pakistan Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq would submit reply in Supreme Court in Prime Minister’s contempt case on Thursday, Geo News reported Wednesday.
According to sources, Attorney General of Pakistan Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq will submit his reply to the Supreme Court on Thursday. He further said that there is no need to present witness in the apex court.
The Supreme Court had convicted Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani on February 13 for not implementing the court decision on NRO.
The Supreme Court had ordered the Attorney General to submit reply on behalf of prosecution. The court will resume the hearing on Feb 22
