tip- to avoid blackening of cut brinjal, take water in a pot add some salt in it and as soon as the brinjal cut put them in that water. the brinjal pieces wont blacken till they remain in water. when finished up the cutting of all brinjals, take out the pieces from water and use them for cooking.
