BATAIR MASALA..


ING:
Batair / 1/2 kg.
Ginger/garlic paste / 2 tbsp.
Tomatoes / 2 medium,chopped.
Hari mirchein / 3-4 nos,chopped.
Hara dhania / 1/2 bunch,chopped.
Dahi / 1/2 pao.
Meethi kasuri/ 2 pinch.
Lal pissi mirch / 2 tbsp.
Haldi /1 tsp.
Zeera powder / 1 tsp.
Garam masala pissa / 1 tsp.
Salt / to taste.
Oil / 3 tbsp/ for deep frying.

METHOD:
-Batair main ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp lagein aur garam oil main deep fry kar lein.
-Golden colour aa jaye tu alaag plate main rakhein.
-Pan mein oil 3 tbsp garam karein ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp dalein aur thora cook karein.
-Tomatoes add karein,hara dhania dalein aur mix karein.
-Tomatoes thore naram ho jaein tu haldi+pissa garam masala+zeera powder+lal pissi
mirch dalein aur bhoonein.
-Dahi dalein aur mix kar ke salt add karein aur mix kar ke batair dal dein.
-Cover ker ke halke flame pe 8-10 min tak pakaein.
-Last mein hara dhania,hari mirch aur kasuri meethi dalein aur mix karein.
-Ready hai ,dish out karein aur lambi kati adrek ke saath garnish karein.
-Naan/parathe/chappati/boiled rice ke saath serve karein.
