Beef n Chili

1/2 kg under cut beef (cut into thin stripes)
salt 1/2 tsp
oyster sauce 3 tbsp
brown sugar 1 tbsp
chinese salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
soya sauce 2 1/2 tbsp

marinate the beef with the above ingredients for atlesst 3 - 4 hours

in a pan take some oil

add 1 tbsp ginger garlic julliene cut and saute

add the beef and let it cook on low heat until the beef in tender. do not forget to stir occasionally

when cooked add ginger garlic julliene cut, and green chilies cut lengthwise.

mix and serve
