-> Steam boiler ( how to make it at home)
Taka a bigger Pot ( Deghchi ) , put stainer in it ( Chani ... jise main hum chantay hain) , and pur a Wooden chick on it .....
andd some water... & let it boil ......

-> How to Marinate

apply Tuc first then

wash the chicken with 1/2 cup vinegar .... we have to apply vinager .. with hand....all sides of te chicken ...

Then put this chicken only .... on other platter ....
marinate it with 1 pao Dhai , 3 tbsp of Red chilli pwd , 1 tsbp of Haldi , 2 tbsp of garam masala pwd , salt , ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp ,
mixx it well ...then

put this chicken on that WOODEN CHICK ..... & cover the pot ... increase flame a bit ....

& let it cook in steam for abt 20 mins ...


When Chicken get done with steam ...

in a Karahi ...pour oil ..... & deep fry the charga ...

when it get crispy form all sides .....

tke it out in a platter ... sprinkle chat masala on it & lemon juice

Note : If u have karahi of smaller size ..u can cut the chicken in four piece & then deep fry it ...
