Cheese and Mushroom omlette
eggs 4
cheddar cheese (cut it in cubes)
black pepper
mushrooms (chopped)
spring onion (chopped)

in a bowl take 2-3 tbsp milk,add 4 eggs,1/2tsp

salt,1/2 tsp black pepper,beat it with a fork,add some

chopped spring onion
Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a frying pan.add the egg mixture

put chopped mushrooms and spring onion in it.Put

chedder cheese on it.Cover the pan and cook it on

slow heat.Donot turn the omlette.


Plain Flour 1 cup
Milk 1 cup or according to required consistency.
1 egg
1 pinch baking powder
1 pinch salt

In a bowl take 1 egg,add about 3/4 cup milk.Beat it

with a beater.Add baking powder salt beat them add

the flour gradually.Beat it.Check the consistency,add

the milk or flour as required.
Grease a non-stick frying fan.Pour some batter on

it.Let it cook turn over and cook take them out in a

plate and drizzle maple syrup on it.
