Cornflake macroons

Ingredients
2 egg white.Beat till stiff
Cornflakes
Caster sugar 3 tbs
Nuts:- peanuts & almonds roughly chopped
Strawberry sauce
Cherries (optional) for presentation

Method.
Carefully fold the sugar into the egg whites. Crush the cornflakes slightly & add to the egg white & sugar mixture.Also add the nuts.
Scoop up with a spoon & place on greased baking tray.Baking time 10 mins. (please note ; FJ didn't mention the oven temperature)
Decorate with strawberry sauce & use the cherries as presentation.
