Ingredients
1 cup dal channa (soaked over night)
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp coriander seeds crushed
1/2 tsp- 1 tsp chilli powder
Oil as required for frying
Method
Grind the soaked dal finely in a chopper. Add all the spices, onion, egg and mix well, into a smooth paste. Make small balls of this mixture like pakora’s and deep fry .
