Fish Steak

Ingredients:

2 slice surmai fish
2tbsp ginger,garlic paste
2tbsp Worchester sauce
3 lemons juice
1tbsp mustard paste
1tsp crushed black pepper
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl [except fish]. Mix well until oil not seen.
Dip fish slices in this mixture n keep s side for 15-20 minutes. During this also change sides of slices.
Grease grill pan with 1tbsp oil and heat it up, place fish slices on it n cook on 1 side. Keep flame slow. When it cooks from one side it will leave pan so that you turn the side. pour remaining sauce on up side of slices turn again. Pour gravy on both sides 2 times n turn them to cook. It will come in a very nice dark brown color.
