A few scoops of vanilla ice-cream or any ice-cream of your choice
Oil for frying
For the batter
1 teacup plain flour (maida)
Crushed corn flakes or desiccated coconut
For the batter - Mix the flour with 1 cups of water.
How to proceed - Chill the ice-cream scoops in the freezer. Dip the ice-cream scoops in the batter and roll into the corn flakes. Deep fry in oil for a few seconds. Serve with the sauce of your choice.
