raat ka masla hy khane ke baad thandi me tahelna ka dil nahi karta bas bistar me khud ko chupalo :D
kher my try karunga kch der tahelne ki in sha Allah
zaroori nahi k ap bahar jao. Room k round laga lein.. is k ilawa agar stairs hain to wo 10 dafa cherhein or utraein..

Mujhe to zaroorat nahi hai weight loose karni ki, bass kuch low belly fat hai I want to get rid off that.
I will tell my mother to use that, because she is trying to loose some weight or may nay unko kuch hardcore exercise batai hain weight loose karne ki...lol

is k ilawa may yeh pouchna chahonga k agar koi person over weight ho to kia wo SIRF OR SIRF green tea pene say normal weight may aa sakta/sakti hai ? :)[DOUBLEPOST=1359878202][/DOUBLEPOST]

AVACADO. AVACADO ka juice bana ker bina sugar k piya jae to bht mufeed sabit hota hai.

n lemon wali trick istemal ki hai mene but us se gala kharab hogaya to chor dia tha phir mene :|
n i know green tea faide mand hai, soch raha hun green tea shuru kerdo, wese im not fat but lag raha hai k ager ese hi diet rahi to next 3 to 5 years me fat zaror hojaonga. or ap fat na bhi to bhi ager green tea piye to ap k six packs jald hi nazar asakte hain halke phulke work out se cuz belly ek dum thin hoti hai n six packs jald hi visible hone lagte hain ese me.

my mother has the same problem, i told her about cardio exercises. but parhez kerne se jaldi result milta hai ba nisbat workout se. personal experiance :D

Its depends on you BMI... agar ap ki body par 15% say zada fat hai to you have start working out. I have about 24% fat and I have to reduce it to 15%.
Let me know your age, height and current weight, I will tell you how much extra body fat you have...

i think when i came to dubai, i was skinny, n under weight. i was just 50 kg. with the height of 5, 11-10"
n yaha ek machine per check kia to height k lihas se kaha tha under weight hun n meri height k lihas se mera weight 71 se 75 hona chaie.

then agle 1 sal me i was 60 kg. us k agle sal 70kg mene kaha ab me fit hun but bat yaha tak nai ruki :s
agle ek sal me mera weight 80 hogaya :(
n then mene kuch deit shuru ki n wapis 74-76 le aya. but i think abhi 76 hi hoga. so i need green tea :D

lol In 2010 I was 5,11 and 99kg :D lol Then I started to work out like crazy and then by mid 2011 I was down to 77 kg...

with height of 5.11 or 6 normal weight is around 75 to 85 kg... Depends how much muscles and fat you have. Fat should not be more than 15 to 17 %

lol In 2010 I was 5,11 and 99kg :D lol Then I started to work out like crazy and then by mid 2011 I was down to 77 kg...

with height of 5.11 or 6 normal weight is around 75 to 85 kg... Depends how much muscles and fat you have. Fat should not be more than 15 to 17 %
u ka 99kg tha :eek: /:)

Jis ko pait kam karna hai woh milk tea pina chor day aur green tea piye aur rice khana chor day garaunteed pait kam hoga ... Bas rice khana chor do jis ka pait ka masla hai :) ... Kabhi dil karay khanay ka toh khanay ka baad walk karlain ....

Rice mien boht ziyada protiens and vitamins hain jis ki waja se aap ziyada calories gain kartay ho aur hum itna work out nhn kartay kay ccalories ko waste karsakay ... So rice na khayein bilkul bhi ... Baaki tips aik Separate threads mein dunga taakay sahi se sab ko maloom ho sakay :D .. .
