Chatt patti haleem
Ingredients:
Beef , 3 pao
2 onion
half cup chana daal
half cup moong daal
2 cup gehun
1 adad fry piyaaz
half cup masoor daal
half cup mash daal
garnishing ke liye lemon 2-3 , dhaniya, fry piaaz , adrak sliced !
Sabut garam masala 2 tblspoon
pisa garam masala 2 tsp
chat masala hasbe zaroorat
lal mirch pwd 3 tsp
haldi 1tsp
jayfel jawatri half tsp
pisa dhaniya 2 tsp
namak 2 tsp
Oil 1 cup .
Directions:
Sab daalon ko ek bowl mein daaal ker mix karein 2 cup gehun bhi add karein , pani daal ker bigho dein , .
ek bowl mein laal mirch haldi , pisa dhaniya , namak , aur sabut garam masala [roasted] sab ko grinder mein pees lein ,
Ek pan mein thora sa paani daal ker , us mein gosht add karein aur yeh Pisa hua masala add kar dein , piaaz chop ker ke daal dein , aur cover ker ke paknay dein .
Ek doosray pan mein , jo daalein bigho ker rakhin thin [ daalon ko thora sa blend ker lena thori thori daal nazar anay deina ] daalon ko daal ker pakayein, . Jo gosht pakaya tha us ko blender mein daal ker thora sa paani daal ker blend karein , aur daalon mein add ker dein , aur ghotta lagayein,
Khoob ghottein , pakayein .. end per jayfel javatri pees ker add karein,
Garnishing ke liye dhaniya , hari mirchein , adrak , sab ko chop ker ke Tayar karein , lemons bhi kaat lein..
ek pan mein onion bhi fry karein aur fry ker ke haleem mein baghar de dein. Aur dish out karein ! aur garnish karein end per chat masala sprinkle ker dein.
