Okay so push up ek aysi exercise hai jis say ap k chest muscles and triceps par work hota hai. Push up also help you increase your stamina as you will lifting up your own weight.
Akser may nay yeh baat note ki hai k kuch log push ups theek terhan nahi karte hain. So I m gonna tell you three easy rule to do right push ups.
Please do not laugh at my drawing, I am really bad at it.:
Rule number one: Keep your back straight, apni body ko na zada upper uthaein or na zada neche giraein. ap k hips and your shoulders should be in straight line. take a look at this picture:
Rule number two: Ap jab apne arms extend out karein to wo ap k chest k bilkul parallel hone chaiye. Akser log apne shoulders neck k parallel rakhte hain jo k ghalat hai. Is terhan ap sara weight apne deltoids par shifts kar dete hain jis say injury ho sakti ahi. take a look at the picture to get the idea.
Rule number three: Make sure k ap ka palm ap ki elbow k bilkul neche ho. Akser log apne palm ko apni body say qareeb rakhte hain is say zada zoor elbow and deltoids k joints par chala jata hai. take a look at screenshot below to get better idea.:

Jab ap start karein to ap k arms taqreeban straight hone chaiye or neche jate waqt, make sure k ap floor say taqreeban 2 ya 3 inch tak qareeb jayein. Try to smell the floor. Take a look at the screenshot below:
