Don bro very nice tutorial ;) ... And mene last time 8 months phele jab work out kiya tha tab yeh use ki curl barbel and aise mehsoos ho raha tha burn ho raha kuch muscles mien :D , kaafi acha result mila tha us se phele mien sirf straight rod ful half and dumbles use karta tha ....... but yeh bhi bata do kay is k liye kuch muscless hona chaye first we have to use straight and get some muscles and then use this rite ?
well basically, curlbar puffy look deta hai. Jaysa k upper do pics ki example di k first pic may koi curves or cuts waghera nahi hain jab k second pic may fully ripped muscles hian. Hmmm , Well my instructor tell me to do 3 sets of curl ful and (curl half some time) , 3 of straight full and 3 of half and phr arms sun ho jati thi blkul but result was prety goood ....
