Today I m gonna tell why and how water is important.

Akser larkiya pani zada peeti hain kiun k unho nay suna/perha hota hai k Water skin ko acha bana deta hai... Well, its true. Believe it or not jab bhi ap work out kar rahe hote hain ap ko chaiye k ap Pani pete rahe.. is k bahut say faiday hain...

First let me tell you k water body building k lie kiun zaroori hai ?
  • Water say body temperature normal rehta hai. Jab ap heavy weight lift karte hain to heart teez ho jati hai jis say body temperature bhi increase ho jata hai. water levels it.
  • Jab ap high protien intake karte hain to water metabolism process may help karta hai. Matlab jab high nutrition body may jati hai to kidney ki madad say nutrition muscle waghera tak jate hain.. Agar kidney par load zada ajaye to wo apna load Liver k sath share karti hai jo k shai nahi hai. Kidney ko effective work k lie water ki zaroorat hai..
  • it is important to keep yourself hydrated all time. Workout k time sweat zada nikalta hai jis say body may pani ki kami ho jati hai.. Therefore you need to be drinking water at all time.
Now let me tell you k water weight loose karne may kayse madad karta hai
  • water ap ki body say toxin ko remove karta hai.
  • water ap ki body say metabolic waste ko bhi remove karta hai. Matlab jab ap kahna kahte hain or us kahne ko digest karnay may jo objects rokawat peda kar rahe hote hain, water us ko eliminate karta hai.
  • Agar ap zada kahte hain to ap ki Kidney ka work berh jata hai, Water kidney ko fuel provide karta hai jis say kidney apna kaam theek terhan karta/karti hai.
  • Agar ap enough water nahi piengay to ap ki body ko lage ka k ap ki body may kami hai. or phir ap ki skin soft and puffy ho jaye gi
  • Body may water ki kami hone ki wajah say body phir dosray organs ka water churati hai. or jab aysa hota hai then you experience constipation.
Agar ap k jism may pani zada deer nahi rookta hai to is ka matlab hai k ap k body may sodium zada hai. ya to sodium kaam kijiye ya or zada pani pijiye.

mai bhi din mai 2 litter pani peeney ki koshish krti hon :)pr bohot mushkil sey aik litter hi piya jata hai,,,:eek:,,,,,,,
