DON bro , aap jo aik alg site ka Idea bta rahy hain , wo zaroor aik bara idea he , pr me ny ye cheez dekhi he k Apny Chat Box ko boht acha aur behtr bna kr main page se alg kea he , mgr tb se wahan koi bholy se b ni jata , jb yahan tha , slow tha mgr kafi rush lga rehta tha..
is tarah agr aap alg site bnaty hain abhi se to i dont think so k wahan koi jaiy ga.

so the thing is.. Idher sirf TM k users hain.. in users ka nature alag hai.. yeh jo search kar k yahan aye hain wo in ko mill raha hai.. in ka interest hai..
TM par may agar koi bhi aysi chez dalon jo CHATTIN, SHARING ya in cheezo say related cheezo say hath k ho to wo flop gaye gi.. kiun k hamare user ka interest nai hai... Look at CookingMela.com, and NotesMela.com ... both websites are doing great!! MashAllah kiun k wahan sirf targetted users hain ..
For example: CookingMela par sirf wo jata hai jis ki koi recipe chaiye hoti hai or NotesMela par wo jata hai jis ko Study Notes chaiye.. Or TafreehMela ka bhi apnaay users hain... Kids Mela is very good idea.. jo k TM may bhi ja sakta hai or Alag say stand alone kar sakta hai... May nay ap logo ko sirf suggest kia tha k agar ap is ko alag say banein to wahan Traffic hum Google, Yahoo, Facebook waghera say la sakte hain or sirf wohi log aeingay jin ko wahan interest ho ga... that goes under SEO and all that....
Or rahi baat Chatbox ki to I can make that popular in no time.. Sirf or sirf TM k top par us ka link lagana hai ... then wahan bhi rush laga rahe ga... ( will do it sometime soon, InshAllah )

but do u have da users or mods who s gonna be updating the kidsmela?..
notes aur cooking mela ka idea to ap logo ka khud ka tha..hamara nai tha....aur ap logo ne pehle se aim kiya wa tha in dono ko banane ka....jitna mujhe yaad hai...
ab kids mela ko agar launch karegein..to yeh to bas aik idea se shuru horaha haina...magar isko kaam karne ke lie log bhi chahiye..agar ap tm mei hi isey open karoge to kia pata kuch users interest dein...zaroori nai ke jo 18 se 35 tak hein..woh cartoon mei interest nai dalte..somehow woh web browsing kar hi dete hein jab unke ghar yah koi relative bache ate ehin..aur woh unhe entertain karne ke lie koi na koi stuff find kardete hein....
agar ap ko woh kids wala section successful kaam hote we lage....den yah u can think of creating a separate forum for kids...
just like u can also open the sports forum separately and der ppl would be discussing about da recent events ....and posting videos and tryin to make dat website useful for sport fans...but den again..u need PPL to work on it..lol....
bottom line..dont be in a rush to open he kid forum seperately....start frm here...if its working well...den gather da games and stuff related to kids frm here and post everything der......dats all
