- CUMIN SEEDS1 tbsp
- DESICCATED COCONUT1 tbsp
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE2 tsp
- RAW PAPAYA2 tsp
- RED CHILI POWDER2 tsp
- ALL SPICE POWDER2 tsp
- TURMERIC POWDER1/2 tsp
- SALT1/2 tsp
[h=4]DIRECTIONS[/h]Mix together 1/2 kg mice, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp raw papaya and 250 gm yogurt. Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes. Heat 1/2 cup oil in pan, add 1/2 kg chopped onion and fry well. Add marinated mice, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Now turn the flame high and fry well. Toast 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut and 2 small green cardamoms. Add to the mixture. Lastly add 4 green chilies, 1/2 bunch of mint leaves. Put a burning coal in pan, drop some oil, and cover for few minutes. Now take out in serving dish, sprinkle all spice powder and serve
