Ingrideints:
½ cup condensed milk
¼ cup milk powder
2½ cups (500 litre) milk
¼ cup sugar
1 cup mango pulp
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the mango pulp in a non-stick pan and mix well.
2. Bring this mixture to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes till thickens. Cool completely.
3. Add the mango pulp and mix well.
4. Pour into 6 individual kulfi moulds and freeze till set.
5. Unmould and serve
