aaj nashte me sheera bana hai mere yaha to uski recipe share ker rahi hoon...ye ek tarah se sooji ka halwa hi huwa... :)

ingreedients :-

Sooji :- 200 gram
Milk :- 300 ml.
sugar :- 200 gram
coconut powder :- 100 gram
Ghee :- 5 table spoon
ilaychi choti :- 2
long :- 4
tezpatta :- 1-2
kaju :- 2 tea spoon bareek kate
kishmish :- 2 tea spoon
badam kate :- 2 tea spoon
chandi ka waraq :- 2

Method :-

ek pan me 2 table spoon ghee garam karen. phir isme ilaychi ,long or tez patta dal den.phir sooji dal ker halka brown hone tak bhoone. jab sooji bhun jaye to milk dal ke chalana shuru karen coconut powder bhi dal den.jab garha ho jaye to sugar add ker den. baqi bacha huwa ghee bhi dal den or dry fruits dal ker ache se milayen or ek bowl me nikal ker chandi ke warq se saja ker pesh karen.... :)

ajwaen cutki bar

tarkeeb;
sab say pehlay fish may namak or lemon juice laga k 1 ganta ruk day ap,
ta k fish ki smele b kise hud tak chali jaye,or is tara karnay say fish b nae totte fry kartay waqt..

ab fish ache tara dho k is may tamam masalo ko ache tara lemon juice may mix kar k fish k andar bahir laga day ...or tora sa yani 1 teb spone besan b oper say charak kar fish ko ache tara mix karay...ta k masala chopak jaye fish par,2 gantay marenet karay,
then garam oil may brown kar k nikal lay...
note;fish ko ziada na pakaye,warna uska jub sara juice dry hojata hjatay hay to sokha sokha fisk khanay may maza nae dayta...

allo ki chatni(ye fish k sat bht maza dayte hay)
allo obla howa 1 adad
ilmi ka ghara rus half cup
hara dhania,podina 1,1 gaddi
hare mirch 4 adad
lal sabot mirch 4 adad
lehsan 3 clove
namak too taste
zeera 1 teb spone

tarkeeb;
allo ko cheel kar blender may dalay or baqe tamam cheezay b,or isko ache tara blande kar lay...
lijye mazaydar c chatni tayar hay...
agar chatni ziada ghare lagay to tora sa pani dal k patla kar saktay hay...
isko frigh nay rakkay,1 haftay tak aram say chal jaye ge..

lijiye pesh e kidmat hai iski recipe...
Ingredients:
Chicken.... 1 Kg
Oil ........100-150 grms
Dhaniya Powder... 2 table spoon
Tomato ...........4 large size
Onion........... 2 big size
Adrak lahsan paste.... 2 tea spoon
mirch powder......... 1 tea spoon
Shah zeera,daar cheeni,laung,elaichi,thori si
Haldi.................... 1/4 tea spoon
Curry leaves..........5-8 leaves
Hari mirch........ 4-5
Hara dhaniya
pudinah

Method:
First heat the oil in a deep fry pan or in karhaayi...
Fry the fine chopped onions till golden brown
Add curry leaves,chopped geen chillies,all garam masala,haldi,,adrak lahsan paste and again fry a little.
Add mirch powder and dhanya powder and mix chopped tomatoes..
jab sab masala acchi tarha bhoon jaye to isme chicken daalden..Aanch halki karden aur thora sa paani dalkar galne k liye sim par rakh den...
jabb paani khushk hojaye to stove band karden ya halka sa gravy bhi rakh sakte hain..
Garnish with hara dhanya,pudina,lemon...
Serve with garam chapatis or rice...
saath me salad aur dahi ka rayeta chawal khanewale hazraath k liye bahut maza deta hai...

aj me ne kachori with bengan ka bharta and chutney banai, per recipe kal share karongi coz abhi may shopping kar k aye hoon and bohat buri tarhaan thaki hoi hoon:(

thx rr,ye splz zaror kachore ki recipy batana,but plz tip k sat batana,k ata neam garam pani say ghondna hay ya dhood sy,sab kuch clear kar k,
bcoz mare kachore tore hard bante hay...{(upset)}

agar allo bhaji ki apni recipy share karay to bht acha hoga,wesay mare recipy ki bhaji b bht ache bante hay..

me k gher aj biryani pak rahi thi, per ab gas load shading bech may ho gai, ab pata nai kab wapis ayegi, mughe to lagta ha aj bahir se he mangwana parayga khana:(
