Saute Vegetables

Red cabbage
Baby potatoes (boiled and remove the skin)
Baby carrots
Baby corns
Crushed black pepper
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Lemon powder ½ tsp (it is a herb easily available in the market)
Salt ½ tsp
Heat pan
Add 1 ½ tbsp butter and a few drops oil
Add garlic sauté it
Add baby potatoes, 2 pinch salt, 2 pinch black pepper, a pinch of lemon powder . stir fry until the potatoes are lightly golden brown and take them out.
In the same pan add the baby corns and the baby carrots. Stir fry them . do not fry for long. Add the cabbage cook for 2 mins
Add ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp lemon powder. Mix and dish out.
