I actually never measured myself at anytime. but I think now I m gonna do.Well, I think everyone should know k un ki limit kia hai in terms of weight lifting.
One time I took my skinny friend to gym, I made him do Dumbell bench press. he wanted to do 10lbs and I said 10lbs is nothing you should do 20lbs but then he agreed on 15lbs... so on his second set after I think 4th rep he dropped on dumbbell on his head. Thankfully he did not got injured but I got pretty scared. Good think dumbbell had ruber around so it was okay.
Anyways, point is if you know 10 lbs is enough for you then do 10 lbs .. do not listen to anyone
