STRAWBERRY MOUSSE CAKE:

strawberries - 250 gms
strawberry yogurt - 2 cups
cream - 1 cup = 200 gms
gelatin powder - 1 tbsp mix with 2 1/2 tbsp water (jubke likh hoa 2 tbsp araha tha)
sugar - 4-5 tbsp or 10 tsp

first mix gelatin with water and set aside then in a blender pour strawberry yogurt,cream,strawberries(remove the stalk),dissolved gelatin and sugar blend well to make it smooth not too much then pour into a mould (aisa jiski sides and bottom separate hojai to mousse remove kerna easy hoga) about 8" size freeze it for 2 hrs and remove from mould decorate it with couple of strawberries in the center.
