Ingreedients :-
Moong dal ki bariyan :- 200 gram
Pisi huwi pyaz :- 4 medium size
Lehsun paste :- 2 tea spoon
Dhaniya powder :- 2 tea spoon
Lal mirch powder :- 2 tea spoon
Haldi powder :- 1 tea spoon
Safed zeera powder :- 1 tea spoon
Kali mirch powder :- 1/2 tea spoon
phenti huwi dahi :- 1/2 cup
Salt :- to taste
Sabut safed zeera :- 1 tea spoon
Musterd Oil :- 1/2 cup
Water :- as required
For Tarka :-
Kati pyaz :-1 medium size
Oil :- 3 table spoon
Method :-
ek pan me thora sa oil garam ker ke isme bariyan dalen or halka sa bhoon len.phir bariyan nikal ke alag rakh den. phir usi pan me baqi oil garam karen or zeera dalen phir isme sare masale or namak dal ker thora sa pani dal ker ache se bhoone. jab masala oil chorne lage to isme dahi dal ker phir se bhoone.jab ache se sare masale bhun jayen to isme bariyan dal ker mix karen or pani dal ker tez aanch per 1 ubal aane den.jab ubal aa jaye to aanch kam ker den or bariyon ko galne tak dheemi aanch me pakayen. jab bariyan gal jayen to utar len.
ab ek pan me 3 table spoon oil garam karen or isme kati pyaz dal ker golden brown karen or ise taiyar bariyon per baghar laga den.
