okay, so Fit rehne k lie kia zaroori hai ? lots of exercise ? Lots of activity ? Lots of running ? Healthy eating ? Less junk food ? waghera waghera... well yeh sab sun k to shayad kuch log unfit rehne ka hi decision le lein.. because it sounds too much..

Nateeja kia hota hai k hum kahna kah k wahi bethe rehte hain ghanto tak or TV dekhte hain... kahna kahne k bad kabhi bhi lettay or bethein nahi, bal k chalein phirein. 20 minutes walk is good enough.
