Experience : 10+ Years
Responsibilities :
10 or more years of accounting and financial management experience with progressive responsibilities to include senior leadership roles.
Experience in the banking industry preferred with mortgage banking experience a plus.

Functional expertise in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, payroll and tax regulations. The ability to manage the day-to-day operations of all accounting and financial functions.
Understanding the business environment. The experience necessary to function effectively in a developing financial business environment.
Strategic thinking and planning. The ability to lead the development of financial strategic planning.
Familiarity with compensation and benefits strategies and practices. The ability to lead strategy development, plan design and external resource/business partner assessment in all compensation and benefits areas.
Familiarity with business systems.
Integrity and trust. The ability to maintain confidentiality, be truthful, adhere to legal and other regulatory requirements, admit mistakes, follow through on commitments.

Description :
Collaborate with the senior leadership team on the development of financial growth strategies and develop projections, proforma models to ensure sound strategies are in place for all businesses lines.
Oversee planning and resource management to ensure resources are available to implement business strategies.
Lead the development of risk management strategies and policies to limit liabilities.
Oversee the development of compensation strategies and plans and the administration of all compensation/payroll programs.
Lead the budgeting process to include annual budget preparation and performance tracking/analysis.
Ensure cash management practices and policies are in place to meet business requirements/commitments.
Ensure practices and policies for all accounting operations are efficient and compliant
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local reporting requirements as well as compliance with all tax regulations
Oversee the development and administration of all employee benefit programs to ensure compliance, cost effectiveness and fairness.
Advise the CEO and COO on banking (warehouse) relations issues and be the point of contact for external communications on all financial matters.
Develop and execute the companys capital markets strategy focused on capital markets (sukuk) instruments and wholesale of mortgage portfolio
Hire, provide direction to and supervise the staff engaged in all of the functions under the CFOs scope of responsibility.
