Assalam alaikum:)
isme chund duayen sahih hain aur chund sahih nahi hain.
jaise khaana khaate waqt ki dua.
humne to yahi parha hai k bismillah kahkar shru kia jaaye.laikin iski koi daleel ho to aap mujhe batayen main aapka mamnoon rahunga.:)

masjid me dakhil hote waqt ki dua.
masjid se nikalte waqt ki dua.
baitul qala se nikalte waqt ki dua.
etc.

Masjid may Dakhil or Nikalne ki duwa:
When any one of you enters the mosque, he should say:" O Allah! open for me the doors of Thy mercy" ; and when he steps out he should say: 'O Allah! I beg of Thee Thy Grace." (Imam Muslim said: I heard Yahya saying: I transcribed this hadith from the compilation of Sulaiman b. Bilal.) [Muslim 713 | Book 6, Hadith 82]

For Entering Toilet:
"When the Prophet entered the toilet he would say: 'O Allah Indeed I seek refuge in You.'" Shu'bah (one of the narrators) said: "Another time he said: 'I seek refuge in You from AI-Khubthi and al-Khablth.' Or: 'Al-Khubthi and Al-Khaba'ith.'" (Sahih) [Termizi: 5]
For Exiting Toilet:
"When the Prophet would exit the toilet he would say: 'Ghufranak.'" (Sahih) [Termizi: 7]
