Customers who have lost or damaged their SIMs, can also apply for a new SIM free of charge from nearest Sales and Service Center.
Validity of Free minutes and SMSs is 15 days from they day FREE minutes and SMSs are credited to customer’s account. This offer is available on all prepaid connections which include Talkshawk per min, Talkshawk 30 Seconds, Talkshawk per Second, Talkshawk A1, Djuice, and Djuice Jagtay Raho.
