The US military is almost out of Iraq.
After almost nine years in Iraq, thousands of US troops have been repatriated, with only a few remaining.
Those still there will be gone by December 31st under an agreement with the Iraqi government.
At one stage, there were 12,000 U.S. soldiers in the country.
While the job of packing up US bases and equipment was huge, US officials have decided to leave behind around $200 million worth of equipment, including hundreds of trucks, due to the expense of carrying heavy machinery back to the US.
Convoys have also been carrying out hundreds of members of non-military personnel who were on the payroll at the military bases.
Most were from Pakistan, India and Nepal.
The Iraqi Air Force has now taken over some of the large former American bases
