interview ke saath guest ko thora game mei bhi involve karein taake woh TM se thora attach ho....ap jaise kasauti ka soch rahe hein...haan zaroor karein but kasauti bhi TM ke related ho to acha hoga...

okay mere kuch tips yeh rahein..

1. question karte waqt har staff member ko chahiye ke woh guest se uska interview le...isse staff ko bhi jhaankari hogi us specific member ke bare mei....

2. questions ko copy paste mat karyega...jesa member ho usi ke related question pochiyega...last time ki tarah bht se aise questions the jinka jawab dena bht useless tha....fun ke lei theek hai but kuch members reserve hote hein....

3. question session atleast 3 to 4 days tak ho..(staff ne bas 3 or 4 days dena hai us guest ke lie)....remaining days dosri activities hon guest ke saatth...aik aur do din ap guest ke saath games khelein...aur bhi members unke saath akar khel sakte hein.

4. pher koi guest ke lie koi special dedication kare jisse guest ko bhi khushi mehsoos ho...

4. and at the end...there should be a surprise gift for the guest......and Admins(@Don and RedRose64) should drop their comments about guests so that they realize their value of being in this forum.....

the reason why i mentioning staff continuously is coz we as members are already engaged with certain guests...mostly staffs busy rehte hein aur time nai nikal paate......to is bar sirf aik staff nahi..saare staffs ko chahiye ke woh involve hon.....

Thanks for briefly comment btw maine game bhi rakhen hain aur bhi buhat kuch woh sub waqt aney ke sath bataon ga aur questions ke hisab se aap ki baat theek hai main waise he questions rakhon ga general question toe sub aik jaise honge but dosrey question change honge woh just conversation hogi like me and the front seat person.. hmmm no dear gifts ki koi zaroorat nahi ye contest nahi aur sub ke lye uska interview acha hoga so we dont want to discourage any member. and as i said ye show main continue kar raha hon wid the new name so us main staff members ke bhi interview lye jayen ge. and this is not contest ke tamam staff mil ke interview len ye thora ajeeb ho jaye ga aur member ke lye difficult hoga ke 11 staff members ke reply dena aur staff ke lye bhi kafi mushkil hai. well waiting for ur name suggestion Thanks
