3.jub khushbo anay lagay to masla paste dal kar ,3,4 mint tak bhonye...(adha cup pani may adrak,lehasn,lalmirch,namak,halde dal kar paste bana lay patla sa)
4.jub masla bhon jaye to dahe may piyaz grind kar k dal day,or again 5 mint tak bhonay..then hasbay zaieqa pani shorbay k lie dal kar dhakna ruk day 10 mint tak halki anch par...
ta k oil oper ajaye..
ab 1 dish may pehlay koftay dalye..then us k oper ye shorba dal day...
garam masla or har dhaniya chirak kar garnish kary..
