yeaah but m still learning, i make many mistakes yet n my bosss goes like . No i dint, firstly i thought to mention dat "i've been a responsible staff member at an online forum n just list few skills like team working , problem solving skills and give example" but since i've done 2-3 part tym jobs in the past so dey were enough as an evidence, plus it wz gonna b too much for my cv

okay but, you can just put that in one line under Extra activity or something... like

• Manages an online community effectively with over 65,000 members.

that sounds like a big deal, actually it is a big deal. And you are pretty much like an HR rep here. I think it will benefit you. but again make sure your resume is not too long.
