Ingredients
2-3 medium size tomatoes,chopped fine
2-3 green chillies, chopped fine
a small sprig of corainder leaves, chopped fine
4-5 leaves of curry patta
mustard seeds
salt to taste
1 teaspoon chilli powder
3/4 teaspoon haldi(turmeric) powder
1 cup cooked rice
Method:
put 1 tablespoon oil & 1 tabelspoon home made ghee in pan. Add mustard seeds, curry patta & greenchillies. once it stops sputtering,add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft. Add masala powders & salt. Add cooked rice & garnish with coriander leaves.
