2. well yea starting may kafi parishaniya hoin... At first I had zero knoweldge of programming and webmaster, but my motivation taught me everything.. kabhi kabhi ayse maslay ate thay jo solve nahi howay or kabhi kabhi kafi koshisho k bad problem solve ho jaya karti thin..
3. mmm well may or RR dono alag alag department handle karte hain.. My job is to take care of server, maintenance, bring in future, solve errors etc etc.. and RR work is to add new content to forum take care of users and their problems. So there is no room for any arguments.
4. It feels good to be honest. Actually from day one we were not just any other forum. Hamari hamesha say yahi koshish rahi hai k TM sab say alag forum hona cahiye.. and Today Alhamdulilah there is no competition. few tried, and many failed.

6. for now it's Hoorain. She is hard worker, genius, and sensible. love her attitude tho.
7. yea.. jab hi new theme pic karni hoti thi.. I always wanted to get colors that are easy on eyes and she always wants a design jo Pakistan ki buss par hota hia.

1. when you loose your cool. I can control my ghussa no problem for me.
