I am an amateur writer...That's why I always have a lot of questions to ask...

Recently I just stuck at some point while writing that I am sharing with all of you..

"agar koi batcha kahi para hua mile (kachre khane me) or uske ghar walon ka ata pata na ho to government ki taraf se akhbar me news publish hogi... to sawal ye hay k konsi concerned authority hay jo us bache ki parwarish karegi? jab uska ilaaj hoga to kia koi government ka numainda hospital ayega doctor se report talab karne k bache ki kia kia treatment gai? (yani kisi lawaris bache ki treatment ki kis qisam ki qanooni karwai hoti hay hospital me?)
