first of all very good effort, its been nicely done.
my suggestion.
Left navigation ko order dijiye ta k wo content may mixed up na yoo...
basicaly ap ko theme banani hai, with top logo side navigation and footer. jo k har website ki pehchan hoti hai, or yeh k try karein k background may pak ka flag ki transperancy kaam ki gaye... but still it loooks goood. Keep up the good work.
