Thanks for showing your interest, and spotting out all the errors. But to be honest, I was unable to understand what exactly you are referring to ?

Guest notice is showing up fine... Whats wrong with it?
What is not right about thread list ?
Images and Links are disabled for new user. It should be enable after you made few posts.

We are using this usergroup permission for couple of years now, no body ever complain yet. I just checked Mobile Discussion, I created couple of test post and it works just fine.

Maybe i didn't really understand what you issues you are addressing. If you can go specify each issue in more details, I m pretty i would be able to resolve them in no time.

I can easily see guest notice with yellow background..
(you have to log out to see guest notice ( guest notice will not show to logged in users ))

Ofcourse all new threads have be to opened up at separate page. I do not see anything wrong with that?
