ORANGE PUDDING

Ingredients:
Castor sugar=5 tbsp
Fresh cream= half cup
Evaporated milk= 1 can (OR) Fresh milk= 1 and a half cup
Orange rind=1 tbsp
Baking powder= half tsp
Orange essence=half tsp
Bread slices= 2
Sugar= 8 tbsp
Eggs= 5

Method:

Sab say pehlay castor sugar ( 5 tbsp) ko kissi non stick pan may caramalised
ker lain slow flame pay.jassay hi yeh melt ho k brown color ki ho jay to pyrex ki oven dish may pour ker dain.lakin pehlay is dish ko greese kerna hai.
Blender may sugar(8 tbsp),eggs,orange essence,bread slices,baking powder,orange rind,fresh cream, luna evaporated milk ko blend ker lain.
Is blended mixture ko oven dish may caramalised sugar k oper pour ker dain aur pre- heated oven may 180 per 25-30 mins k lia bake ker lain. Jab yeh pudding oper say light brown colour ki ho jaey to yeh ready hai..
